Monegasque driver Tomaso POLLI honoured at the UIM 2025 Awards Ceremony

Monte-Carlo, [15 March 2025] – The Fédération Monégasque Motonautique brilliantly represented the Principality at the prestigious Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM) awards ceremony. The event, which took place at the Fairmont Hôtel Monte-Carlo, was attended by over 300 guests who came to celebrate the world champions in all motor sports disciplines.

This year, Monaco can congratulate itself on a new achievement: a world title in 3D Offshore. This is the third world championship won by a Monegasque pilot since the creation of the FMM, bearing witness to the federation’s dynamism and expertise in this demanding discipline.

Representatives of the FMM took part in the festivities, honouring the exceptional performances of the winning athletes. Among them, Mr Mario Rossi, representing the President of the FMM, had the honour of presenting the trophy to champion Tomaso Polli (Monaco). Mr Gérard Pouget, Secretary General of the MMF, Mr Jean-Michel Levesy, Head of the MMF Offshore Section, and Mr Philippe Palmero, member of the MMF Board of Directors, also attended this prestigious event.

On this occasion, the FMM was also keen to reward its member Tomaso Polli for his incredible performance throughout the 2024 season. He achieved a remarkable feat by winning every pole position and every round of the UIM Offshore 3D World Championship, as well as the Italian CENTOMIGLIA event at Lake Como. This total domination earned Monaco a new world title and underlined the excellence and hard work of the champion and his team.

This event was an opportunity to highlight Monaco’s major role in the world of motorboating, a discipline that is so dear to the Principality and its maritime history.

With this latest accolade, the Fédération Monégasque de Motonautique continues to affirm its commitment to the promotion and development of motor sports on an international scale.
